Welcome to Fremantle Getaways. We want you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please read the following terms before confirming your reservation.

1. Bookings and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The total booking price, including cleaning and applicable booking fees, is displayed before confirmation.

A reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received. Payment schedules and cancellation conditions are provided at the time of booking.

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these terms.

2. Cancellations and Changes

The cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking applies to your reservation.

Requests to change dates or guest numbers are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

Refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation policy and Australian Consumer Law.

3. $300 Security Hold

A temporary $300 security hold is placed on the payment card associated with your reservation. This is NOT a charge. The hold protects against damage above and beyond normal wear and tear. Slight stains on towles or linen, broken crockery, scuffs on the walls etc are not charge. We do ask that you advise us of these events so our cleaning staff can replace immediately.

The security hold provides security against damage/mess beyond normal wear and tear, additional cleaning beyond standard departure cleaning, deep cleaning as a result of unauthorised animals, loss of keys or access devices, other reasonable costs resulting from a breach of these terms

The property is inspected after checkout. If no damage or additional costs are identified, the hold will be released two days (48 hours) after checkout. Your bank may take additional time to restore the available funds.

If a charge is necessary, only the reasonable, substantiated amount will be collected, up to the $300 held. Any remaining amount will be released. Guests will be notified of the reason for the charge.

Guests remain responsible for proven damage or additional costs exceeding $300, where legally recoverable.

5. Care of the Property

Guests are responsible for treating the accommodation and its contents with reasonable care.

Please report damage, breakages or maintenance issues promptly so they can be addressed.

Guests may be charged reasonable repair, replacement or additional cleaning costs where damage or excessive soiling occurs. Charges will account for normal wear and tear and the condition of the affected items.

6. Check-in, Check-out and Cleaning

Early arrivals and late departures require prior approval.
